Sailix freight forwarding software is a forwarding workspace for international freight forwarders that run sea, air and road jobs. It is separate from NVOCC operations and covers the job from first inquiry to closing: buying rates from vendors and service partners, quotations built from a cost estimate, bookings, House B/Ls, House AWBs, arrival notices, invoices and vendor purchase journals. Each booking holds the service, parties, routing, cargo and a revenue and cost estimate.
Every financial document hangs off a job. The forwarding invoice posts to accounting as it is saved and takes GST tax rows. Freight journals record vendor bills and notes with tax, and TDS can be applied to purchase journals and vendor credits. Charge lines refer to tariff items, whose tax service groups set GST, VAT or TDS, which covers Indian GST and TDS and UAE VAT. Arrival notices raised against forwarding jobs carry the party and office GSTIN. Job closing moves work in progress into the service's ledgers.
