Which CSN message types does Sailix support?

Overview

A Cargo Summary Notification repeats data your desk already holds: vessel and voyage, bills of lading, parties, cargo, containers and seals. Sailix reads that data from import and export bills of lading and assembles the notification as a JSON file structured to the Indian Customs SCMTR schema, with the SACHM22 message ID and a file name that follows the F_SACHM22 naming pattern.

There are three ways to start. Express CSN in the Import menu prefills an entry notification from import B/Ls, Express CSN in the Export menu prefills an exit notification from issued export B/Ls, and a manual form walks through every section. Sailix produces the file. You submit it to customs through your own filing channel.

What it does

SCE files from import B/Ls
Express CSN in the Import menu takes one or more import bills of lading and prefills an SCE entry notification with parties, cargo, containers, seals and itinerary.
SCX files from export B/Ls
Express CSN in the Export menu builds an SCX exit notification from issued export B/Ls, then asks for the HS codes, invoice values and country codes it could not source.
Manual CSN form
A step-by-step form covers the header, declaration reference, authorized person, vessel and voyage, master consignments, transport documents, items, containers and itinerary for any supported message type.
Six reporting events
Message types cover SCE entry, SCX exit, SCD domestic movement, SCA amendment, SCU CSN number updation and SCC cargo confirmation. An amendment asks for the existing CSN number.
Labeled draft editor
Before generating, an editor shows the prefilled draft as labeled fields, so you can correct a value such as port of reporting or seal type without reading raw JSON.
CSN Management list
CSN Management lists each record with its CSN number, message type, vessel, voyage and status. Search, filter, view, edit drafts and download the JSON file again.

Choose the source
Start from Import, Export or Manual. For the two prefilled routes, search and add the bills of lading that belong in the notification.
Then
Complete the submitter details
Enter the sender ID, submitter code and the authorized representative's PAN, then fill the gaps Sailix flags, such as HS codes or previous declaration references.
Next
Review and generate
Check the draft in the editor and click Generate and Download. Sailix saves the record in CSN Management and downloads the JSON file under the SACHM22 file name.
Finally
Submit to customs
Upload the downloaded file through your customs filing channel. Sailix keeps the saved record and its JSON so the same file can be retrieved later.
